Our Integrated Management System Manual comprises policies and procedures that provide our employees with a clear understanding of the requirements to be complied with, to ensure that our products and services meet all client and best practice requirements, and record forms and instructions, which are used to verify activities and provide evidence that the specified requirements have been met and to assure the quality of our work, the safety of our people and protection of the environment. The IMS Manual also defines the company objectives, structure and the responsibilities and authorities of our people.
